DESCRIPTION:The European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) aims to develop a ‘Web of FAIR Data and services’ for science in Europe upon which a wide range of value-added services can be built. \nThe Swiss EOSC expert team will welcome Dr. Bob Jones (deputy head of IT department at CERN & EOSC Board of Directors Member) for the November online coffee break. He will provide insights on what a node is and will offer future perspectives for EOSC and the European Countries. Then Dr. Sebastian Sigloch\, Head of Data & Insights and EOSC representative at Switch\, will offer the Swiss perspective and outlooks before the audience is invited to join in and discuss the status quo. \nThe Swiss EOSC expert group is looking forward to welcoming you to the second SWISS EOSC COFFEE\, 60 minutes online event on Wednesday 15 November at noon (no inscription required). Please note that the event will be held in English.  \nIf you would like to know more about EOSC and the concept of nodes\, please check out the EOSC Multi-Annual Roadmap (MAR) 2025 and 2026-2027
